What is Microdosing?
Essentially, microdosing is the act of consuming a sub-perceptual amount of a psychedelic with the intention of increasing the quality of your life. By consuming micro-amounts, you can experience some of the neuro-elastic benefits of psilocybin or other psychedelic substances, without commiting to a full blown trip.

What Are Magic Truffles?
Magic truffles are naturally occurring psychedelic fungi, derived from the same organism as, you guessed it, magic mushrooms. Magic Truffles are essentially dense mycelial masses, known as sclerotia. These sclerotia grow underground beneath the mushroom, acting as a food reserve. Like magic mushrooms, magic truffles contain the active chemical Psilocybin, which is what gives them their psychedelic properties.
How To Microdose:
We recommend microdosing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Have a light, nutritious breakfeast around 30 minutes afterwards for optimal results.
Following esteemed microdosing researcher James Fadiman’s protocol, here is the microdosing schedule we recommend:
Day 1: Microdose day- the sub-perceptual effects will likely last around 8 hours.
Day 2: Day off- you will likely experience some residual effects or ‘afterglow’.
Day 3: Day off- back to baseline.
Day 4: Repeat cycle.
This is a popular pattern in order to not build a tolerance so you can continually reap the benefits of microdosing over a sustained period of time. This is the most common schedule, but you get to be the one to decide how to microdose- there is no ‘one size fits all’. As these are microdoses for productivity, you could just choose to microdose on days where you want to be on your peak performance.
Microdosing For Productivity:
Some people find that microdosing helps them to laser focus on whatever they’re doing, as well as giving a motivational boost. However, microdosing can have a different effect on one person to the next, therefore if it’s your first time microdosing truffles then we recommend you take them out for a test drive first on a day where you don’t need to be productive, but it’s still recommended to create some kind of structure that works for you; go for a walk, journal, tidy and observe.
To get optimal results for productivity, we recommend taking the microdose in the morning on an empty stomach, waiting at least 30 minutes before eating. It’s always helpful to get in a workout before locking into your work, but paired with microdosing it is a real hack, as it will help to avoid becoming overstimulated. We also recommend leaving out the coffee on microdosing days for this reason.
